Pork Entrée’s

 

Honey Glazed Ham: Boneless ham glazed with honey and caramelized to perfection.

Old Fashion Ham:  Smoked whole ham bone in baked until moist and tender.

Country Style Pork Roast: Slow roasted pork roast with seasonings.  Baked until moist and tender.

Pulled Pork BBQ: Shredded pork smothered in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin: Whole pork loin wrapped in bacon and herbs. Slow roasted in the oven until tender. 

Mushroom Boneless Pork Chop: Boneless pork chop in a creamy mushroom sauce.

 

Chicken Entrée’s

Garlic Pesto Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast sautéed in a garlic, pesto and tomato sauce.

Creamy Parmesan and Sundried Dried Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast strips smothered in a creamy parmesan sauce mixed with sundried tomatoes and herbs, served with penne noodles.

Smothered Baked Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce. 

Chicken Stir-Fry: Strips of chicken breast sautéed with fresh vegetables in a chicken soy sauce base.  Served with Rice.

Oven Fried Chicken: Chicken legs and heighted bread in with flour and seasoning, Baked until crisp but moist.

BBQ Chicken: Chicken legs and thighs smothered in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo: Creamy Parmesan sauce with chicken breast strips and your choice of pasta.

Ranch Parmesan Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast coasted in Italian seasoned breading, parmesan cheese and a creamy ranch sauce.

Sweet & Sour Chicken: Bite size chunks of chicken breast, pineapple and peppers in a sweet and sour sauce.  Served with rice.

Chicken and Stuffing Bake: Boneless skinless chicken breast covered in a creamy chicken sauce Swiss cheese and topped with stuffing.

Chicken Parmigianino: Italian Breaded boneless skinless chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Serve with pasta of your choice.

Honey Dijon Honey Mustard Mushroom Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast sautéed sweet onion and mushrooms, Colby Jake cheese creamy sauce with a hint of Dijon honey mustard.

Vegetarian Entree’s

 

Three Cheese Stuffed Shells: Large manicotti noodles stuffed with a blend of ricotta, and parmesan cheese.  Topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.

Vegetable Sir-Fry: Fresh vegetables sautéed with seasoned soy sauce.  Served with rice on the side.

Meatless Spaghetti: Spaghetti noodles tossed in a tomato based sauce.

Fettuccine Alfredo: Fettuccine noodles tossed in creamy parmesan Alfredo sauce.

Vegetarian Lasagna: Layers of lasagna noodles mixed with zucchini, yellow squash, and a tangy tomato sauce.  Topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

Broccoli Alfredo Tortellini: Cheese filled tortilla noodles, small chunks of broccoli tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce.

Seafood Entrees’

 

Ginger Honey Salmon: Honey glazed salmon baked to a caramelization.

Bacon Wrapped Salmon:  Alaskan salmon wrapped in bacon.  Served with BBQ sauce for dipping.

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia:  Tilapia fillets crusted with a parmesan seasoning and baked

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo:  Fettuccine noodles in a Parmesan Alfredo sauce.  Tossed with sautéed shrimp.
